Advertising & Sponsorship

This year the County Show will again take the format of a two day show, remaining the same major County agricultural show to trade in as it always has been. We have been delighted with your valued enquiries already received iand are pleased to advise that our pitch fees are now set and still offer market value, competitively priced tariffs comparable to any similar county agricultural show in the UK.

We have some amazing sponsorship opportunities at the show!

Sponsorship and the County Show have been a successful combination for the last 45 years. Sponsors have enjoyed promoting their businesses through the varied mediums of banners, announcements, show rings, buildings, equine and livestock classes and championships over the years.

These days we now promote corporate sponsorship on the website, with class and championship through social media platforms. We cater for all, from individuals all the way to the large corporate businesses.  So why not click the button and enjoy the benefits of a sponsorship package tailored to you.

We look forward to you joining the PAS sponsorship family and enjoy the hospitality in the Pavilion, garden and marquee at the Show 2022.

Trade Stands

Below you can find a selection of resources for trade stands.

Book A Stand

There will be some changes this year to the layout of the County Show with a different configuration to the Equine rings. There will be several smaller rings as was the case in the “closed” show of 2021. This had proved to be a huge success with the public.

With this in mind the Board of Management has decided to remove all marquees and trade stands from the immediate ringside to enable a much larger public viewing area. Consequently those ringside trade stands and marquees will need relocation. There are changes to food provision as this will form part of an open air “street food” area as these will no longer be located in the Food Hall and therefore stand holders need to provide their own tentage/vans etc. To enable a smooth transition we recommend that all Trade Stands secure their pitches as early as possible.

We look forward to discussing your requirements and renewing the long standing relationships we have built up over many years. Along with this we extend a warm welcome to all new enquiries who wish to be a part of the success that is the Pembrokeshire County Show.
