Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society Spring Show Celebrates Record Entries and Outstanding Champions

The Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society’s Spring Show, held on Sunday 3rd May 2026, proved a tremendous success this year, attracting record entries with just over 200 competitors taking part across a wide range of classes and championships.

The Society welcomed exhibitors, competitors and supporters from across the region for a full day of equestrian competition.

Among the day’s standout results were:

  • In-Hand Champion – Fairywood Valentina, owned by Debbie Jones
  • Ridden Champion – Howetown Marimba, owned by Christine Davies
  • Children’s Champion – Elmscott May Queen, owned by Jonathan and Cath Hughes-Jones
  • Mountain & Moorland Champion – Sarum Phantom, owned by Mrs India Latter-Sears
  • Working Hunter Champion – Mari Anthony

The exceptional turnout and standard of competition highlighted the continued popularity and importance of the Spring Show within the local agricultural and equestrian calendar.

The Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society would like to extend sincere thanks to all the judges, stewards and volunteers whose hard work and dedication made the event possible.

“We are thrilled with the success of this year’s Spring Show and particularly pleased to see a record number of entries. The atmosphere throughout the day was fantastic, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped organise and support the event.”
